A contemporary private residence near Latchi, on the coast below Polis Chrysochous. The design pairs walls of cut natural stone with crisp, exposed board-formed concrete and a deep flat roof that shades the elevations from the summer sun.

Timber joinery and a mature planted garden soften the material palette, while the low horizontal massing keeps the house grounded in its coastal plot.
